Man denke da an ironisch geführte Interviews mit Arnd Zeigler oder an seine abergläubischen Riten beim Elfmeterschuss. Das freundliche und charmante Auftreten des Jürgen Klopp passt nicht ganz zu den extrem ausgelassenen Siegerposen mit der geballten Faust und den gelegentlichen hochexplosiven, unbeherrschten Entgleisungen gegen vermeintliche Widersacher seines gnadenlosen Erfolgsstrebens. Dieser extreme Umschwung der Gefühle, oft innerhalb Bruchteilen von Sekunden, verstört da nachvollziehbar so manchen Betrachter. Man weiß einfach manchmal nicht mehr genau, wie sehr er im tete a tete mit Journalisten-Kollegen blufft. Da bleibt ihm eigentlich nur zu wünschen, dass der Mai bald die nötige Gelassenheit und vor allem die lang ersehnte Meisterschaft in Klopps nervenaufreibendes Leben an der Spitze des Triumphs bringt.

Aber die unterschiedlichen Mannschaften, die auf beiden Seiten beteiligt waren, wussten doch nichts von der Mai-Hypothese und haben einfach nur Fußball gespielt.
